Palm Beach Tan is seeking a energized Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused tanning salon. You will greet guests, explain tanning services, and help new members choose plans that fit their needs.

As part of the role, you will process transactions, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and work toward meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals. The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, excellent communication, a positive attitude,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Reliable, punctual; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
