Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon setting. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, memberships, and skincare products, and drive sales through recommendations and add-ons.

Responsibilities include processing sign-ups, transactions, and account updates, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals. Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educate clients on tanning & wellness services, membership packages, and skincare products.
• Drive sales by recommending upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.
• Process membership sign-ups, transactions, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Open and close the salon, following all operational procedures.
