Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit sales goals, and earn more as you grow. Our welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere supports career development and growth.

You will meet customers, educate on tanning and skincare, and deliver exceptional service in a clean, well-maintained salon. This entry-level role includes training, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and PCI-compliant card data handling.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
