Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dr Phillips, FL to balance leadership with hands-on operations and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. You will train and coach staff while driving sales, membership engagement, and KPI achievement.

This salaried role requires 1+ year of management and 4+ years of customer-facing experience, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year of management experience (required).
• Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM to drive overall studio success.
• Take ownership of training, operations, and client experience.
• Mentor and coach staff to deliver five-star service.
• Assist in achieving KPI by supporting sales, marketing, and operations.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the GM.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio and uphold brand standards.
