Perspire Sauna Studio in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Studio Manager who will lead the team, drive membership growth, and oversee daily operations. The role blends sales leadership with guest experience, training, and partnerships within the community.

You will manage four key areas: Team Management, Member & Guest Experience, Sales Growth, and Facility Operations, while maintaining brand standards and a high-energy, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, customer service, or management (spa/health/wellness a plus).
• Familiarity with Mindbody software is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales culture and build a high-performing membership sales team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach each MSA to strengthen sales skills (phone, follow-ups, in-studio conversions).
• Lead monthly team huddles and regular sales training and role‑play sessions.
• Provide real‑time feedback during shifts to sharpen closing skills and increase conversions.
• Monitor training progress and create accountability for continual learning.
• Ensure every guest receives a welcoming check-in and tour; resolve membership questions.
• Drive studio membership growth by building sales confidence and consistency.
• Use the AXLE lead-management system to maximize conversions.
• Track KPIs: conversion %, referrals, retention, revenue; create action plans.
• Implement monthly promotions and coordinate outreach with local partners.
