Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales-focused roles.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio for the day, review goals with the team, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Coach and support the sales team, monitor performance, and assist with onboarding.
• Lead training for new Sales Associates and ensure they feel supported from day one.
• Step in as a dependable leader when the Studio Manager is off-site and keep operations running smoothly.
• Close the studio at the end of the day and celebrate team wins for tomorrow.
