Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Winter Park, FL seeks a Hyper Wellness Representative to create welcoming experiences, build client relationships, and drive sales that support lasting health transformations. You will juggle client care, operations, and sales in a dynamic wellness environment, helping clients choose therapies and wellness plans aligned with their goals.

Location: 119 N Orlando Avenue, #101; Schedule: Weekdays and weekends; Compensation: $14–$16 per hour; Part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service required.
• 1+ year in sales required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours highlighting the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
