Qualifications

• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to complete Stretch Zone training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and financial performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage staff.
• Establish a positive, high-energy workplace culture.
• Set performance expectations and accountability for goals.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, and client retention.
• Conduct consultations and recommend programs aligned with client goals.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and monitor KPIs.
• Implement policies, brand standards, and initiatives.
