Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Woodbury, NY to lead operations, training, and client experience. This role balances high standards with team development, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service for every guest.

You will drive membership engagement, optimize workflows, supervise daily studio activities, and partner with the GM to hit sales and KPI goals. Part-time, 3–4 days weekly, $22/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling hospitality standards.
• Support membership engagement, retention, and issue resolution.
• Proactively de-escalate and resolve client concerns.
• Assist in KPI achievement by supporting studio sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with GM to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
• Coach staff through feedback and recognition, ensuring accountability and growth.
• Lead by example to foster a professional and client-first culture.
