Job summary

Nesfield Performance is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first and last impression for clients in our wellness studio. You will handle check-ins, inquiries, and onboarding while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk area for trainers and clients.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payments, and supporting events and campaigns, with emphasis on strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-ready and comfortable with scheduling/POS software.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Manage client check-ins and appointments using our scheduling system (WellnessLiving)
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Support new client onboarding (intake forms, waivers, reminders)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and client-facing areas
• Assist in scheduling sessions and ensuring accurate calendars for trainers/therapists
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Monitor client retention metrics and follow-up communication
• Perform light cleaning duties throughout the studio including wiping equipment, organizing common spaces, and tidying up between sessions
• Restock locker rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and workshop registrations
• Manage studio supplies, towels, and light opening/closing tasks
