NÜIQ Wellness Lounge & Med Spa in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. The front desk is the client’s first and last impression, so we seek someone warm, polished, and highly organized who can manage a fast-paced environment with care.

You will welcome clients, check them in/out, schedule appointments using Zenoti, process payments, and educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Medical spa front desk experience is required.
• Experience with front desk in aesthetics or dermatology settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first and last impression for every NÜIQ client.
• Welcome, check in, and check out clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage a busy appointment schedule and maximize provider availability.
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and inquiries with confidence and courtesy.
• Educate clients on services, memberships, products, promotions, and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately using Zenoti.
• Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions.
• Support rebooking, client retention, and membership growth.
