InMotion Wellness Studio is seeking an outgoing front desk team member to schedule appointments by phone and text. You will be the first contact for new members and inquiries, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.

This remote position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a chance to be part of a fast-growing studio focused on assisted stretching and recovery therapy. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments over the phone and via text. On average, ~75 outbound calls to prospects and members.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion.
