Job summary

beem Light Sauna is seeking a Wellness Associate/Spa Customer Service professional in The Woodlands area. The role focuses on membership sales, customer service, and maintaining a clean studio environment.

The position is part-time with a $15/hour wage. The candidate should be reliable, positive, and willing to engage with the community through events and promotions, while upholding company policies and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries
• Availability for part-time scheduling

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and related programs to grow revenue
• Explain infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy benefits
• Greet members and ensure excellent visit experience
• Host studio events and community outreach
• Ensure compliance with business policies during daily operations
• Promote the brand and member referrals
• Maintain knowledge of products and services for upselling
• Handle lead management tasks during shifts
• Light cleaning and sauna refresh between appointments
• Maintain front desk systems and member check-in procedures
• Provide top-notch customer service in person and via channels
• Keep facilities clean, maintained, and operational
