Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.
• BA or BS College Degree preferred.
• Insurance brokerage experience in employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the account post-implementation and drive engagement with clients.
• Lead kickoff calls and post-launch meetings; travel to client sites.
• Develop and oversee the account service strategy with regular client meetings.
• Organize client site visits, health fairs, and screenings as needed.
• Resolve service issues with partners and communicate status to clients.
