Job summary

WellnessIQ seeks a proactive Wellness Strategy Manager to manage client relationships and drive engagement across programs. You will coordinate post-implementation activities, lead kickoff calls, and present results to stakeholders in a fast-growing health services environment.

The role requires strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to travel to client sites. A BA/BS and experience in health, wellness, or employee benefits enhances fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in account management or project management preferred.
• Insurance brokerage experience in employee benefits is a plus.
• Health and wellness or hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overall account, coordinating with sales, brokers, and internal teams post-implementation.
• Lead implementation kickoffs and ongoing project meetings with client stakeholders.
• Develop and execute client engagement and service strategies; provide regular client communications.
• Coordinate client site visits, screenings, and health fairs as needed.
• Address service issues with partners and communicate status timely to clients.
• Prepare proposals for system enhancements and manage change forums with clients.
• Oversee client management reporting and communicate results to clients and producers.
• Collaborate with leadership to recommend engagement strategies and drive revenue opportunities.
• Support HIPAA/HITECH compliance and protect PHI in communications.
