Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, mentor staff, and drive sales in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

You will educate customers about wellness services, partner on local marketing, meet athletes at events, and report on performance. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong leadership and communication skills and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of GM.
• Assist customers with wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health.
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and health benefits.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist with development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Engage with local events to meet athletes and fitness enthusiasts and generate interest.
• Generate reports related to store performance.
