Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking a General Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and cultivate a high-performance team. You will train staff, coach wellness professionals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with athletes and local fitness communities at events, manage KPIs, and help expand the Restore brand presence.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree or higher.
• Proven track record of B2B sales.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness and health/wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-driven with ability to translate metrics into action plans.
• Tech-savvy with payroll and scheduling experience.
