Free People Movement is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and operations in a fitness-focused environment. You will collaborate with leadership to create an engaging visual experience and drive customer connections through personalized service and product recommendations.

The role involves supporting store events, managing omni-channel experiences, and guiding the team to deliver strong customer outcomes while maintaining FP Movement standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with leadership on creating an engaging visual experience for FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance customer experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Supports Store Manager in developing events reflective of local interests to drive FP Movement engagement; supports event execution with fitness partners.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping and event experience using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
