Job summary

Free People is seeking a Store Manager in Southlake, TX, to lead the FP Movement team and drive an Omni-channel retail experience. The role focuses on delivering an engaging environment that aligns with fitness, wellness, and happiness while building a strong store culture.

You will train staff to transact in the moment, manage visual merchandising, and lead local community events to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP Movement team as a brand ambassador and create an engaging in-store experience.
• Advocate for technology usage and train the team to transact in-store for a seamless Omni-channel experience.
• Foster genuine customer connections and build lasting relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the store team and Home Office to plan and execute events reflecting local fitness interests.
