The candidate will assist the Store Manager with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and coaching to drive performance and an exceptional FP Movement experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support selling, service and store operations to maintain an inspiring environment.
• Collaborate with leadership on visual experience, events, scheduling and payroll basics.
• Lead by example in customer engagement, product recommendations and omni-channel sales.
