Job summary

Free People Movement in Tigard, OR is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead selling, service, and operations in a fitness-forward environment. The role supports the Store Manager and drives an engaging, wellness-focused store experience for customers.

The position involves managing brand presentation, events, and team development to foster a high-energy retail atmosphere that aligns with FP Movement values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values with engaging visual experiences.
• Creates selling initiatives to enhance customer experience and build relationships.
• Supports event programming with fitness and wellness partners.
• Delivers seamless omni-channel shopping and event experiences using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Guides the team to deliver customer service and styling recommendations to hit store goals.
• Assists in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent for a strong store connection.
