Job summary

Free People Movement is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bethesda to support selling, service and store operations while fostering a wellness-driven environment. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver an inspiring customer experience and manage team development.

Responsibilities include leading brand experience, driving engagement, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth omni-channel processes with MPOS, POS, and FP App. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and styling to drive store metrics.
• Support manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone and maintaining a collaborative selling environment.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench for the store.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and adherence to safety and policies.
