The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an engaged, energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® on the path to lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, drive sales, and foster community relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Store Manager – executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Promote continuous education and participate in training initiatives.
• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts, price shelves.
