Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Store Manager to execute with excellence.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support ongoing education and company-driven training initiatives.
• Maintain store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure receipts are processed correctly.
• Keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
