Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an engaged Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts and guide customers on lifelong wellness. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, sales, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of retail experience, a flexible schedule, and a valid driver’s license. You will mentor staff, uphold loss prevention standards, and support ongoing training and community relationships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
• Valid driver's license
• 3-5 years of retail experience
• Retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support to the Store Manager and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Recruit and develop top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support company training initiatives and continuous learning.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention, receipts, pricing, and merchandising.
• Perform additional duties as required.
