The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in delivering exceptional service and guiding customers toward lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive daily sales, and foster a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail experience and a passion for health and wellness, with flexibility to work a varied schedule and participate in ongoing training and development.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and various locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support continuous education and company training initiatives.
• Maintain store appearance, pricing, and loss prevention standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.
