The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® in guiding customers toward lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and contribute to staff development in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail experience with management exposure, a flexible schedule, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Store Manager, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships that help grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support training initiatives and continuous learning.
• Maintain store maintenance and loss-prevention standards, price items correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.
