Job summary

Jimbo is hiring for a full-time Wellness Department customer service role in Carlsbad, CA. You will assist customers with inquiries, returns, and special orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked Wellness Department and knowledgeable product guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty aids is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain Wellness Department including stocking, facing, rotation, and merchandising.
• Manage back stock inventory according to schedule with Wellness Manager.
• Keep Wellness Information Booth, backroom, shelves, and displays clean and organized.
• Gain product knowledge on vitamins/supplements and health/beauty aids.
• Follow store policies and communicate customer feedback to Wellness Manager.
