Job summary

Jimbo's is seeking a customer service associate to help customers in a wellness-focused department. You will respond to inquiries, process orders and returns, and help maintain a clean, organized wellness area.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to read product labels and UPC codes. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist customers within our Customer Service Standards.
• Assist customers with special requests or needs, including returns and special orders.
• Maintain Wellness Department through stock, facing, rotation, and merchandising.
• Pull back stock inventory according to the weekly schedule.
• Maintain signage and shelf tags; organize the Wellness Information Booth and sales floor.
• Gain product knowledge in vitamins/supplements and health/beauty aids.
• Communicate suggestions, concerns, and feedback to the Wellness Manager promptly.
• Adhere to store policies and safety standards.
