Saje Natural Wellness is hiring a Store Team Member in San Diego. You will connect with customers, educate them on 100% natural wellness, and demonstrate our products to create a positive wellness journey.

You will build authentic relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming store culture. With a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, you will support merchandising, operations and sales targets while helping customers live naturally

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build genuine relationships and listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience to customers through product demos and education.
• Guide wellness journeys with tailored product recommendations.
• Upsell and create baskets to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive store environment and participate in merchandising and operations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and store goals.
