Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Illinois to lead store operations, guide a sales-driven culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive growth, educate clients on our wellness services, and participate in local events to build community interest.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales execution, and strong communication to meet financial goals while maintaining Restore’s culture and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong sales and leadership experience in a health/wellness setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with staff-related issues.
• Assist customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health.
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer.
• Deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads.
• Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services.
• Pinpoint and implement new social media trends.
• Generate reports related to store performance.
