Wellness City is seeking a Wellness Assistant Spa Manager to maintain a high-energy environment and drive top performance. You will supervise Wellness Consultants, coach staff, and lead by example in store operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The role emphasizes leadership, sales results, and outstanding customer service, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team and spa network.
Formación
- Experience in management or sales preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach.
- Beauty, spa, tanning industry or related service background preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and manage daily spa operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience.
- Meet and strive for sales goals while coaching staff.
- Assist Wellness Spa Director with cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Set clear goals and provide coaching and feedback.
- Generate reports and help manage inventory and expenses.
