Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients by building relationships and understanding needs as a client.
• Ability to create customized recommendations for spa, sunless, and UV equipment and product routines.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning spa, sunless, and UV equipment as clients arrive and depart.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of spa rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced spa environment while upholding company policies.
