Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA is seeking a guest services/vitality associate to help maintain the spa spaces, greet guests, explain program benefits, and assist with equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and pristine appearance of Vitality spaces.
• Provide world-class guest service; welcome guests, explain benefits, assist with setup.
• Serve as knowledgeable resource on Vitality technology and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization; stock supplies and complete opening/closing.
• Recommend and schedule complementary services and activities.
• Sell and process retail items; manage guest scheduling in Canyon Ranch software.
