Job summary

CIVANA Carefree is seeking a friendly receptionist to check guests in, schedule and rearrange appointments, and act as a liaison between guests and resort departments. You will deliver quality customer service, learn the front desk software, and maintain accurate guest accounts.

This full-time position requires open availability across 7:30am–9:00pm, including weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $17 per hour plus participation in a tip pool.

Qualifications

• Must understand auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs.
• Able to operate printers and office equipment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests daily.
• Schedule and rearrange appointments.
