Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to help guests with purchases and product guidance in the spa and fitness amenities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of retail experience, availability to work 8am–8pm including weekends and holidays, and a passion for health and wellness.

Prior hotel/resort experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is required. You will check guests out for retail purchases, educate on spa products, and assist with

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

Availability to be scheduled between the hours of 8am-8pm is required, including weekends and holidays.

As a Retail Receptionist you will be responsible for:

Checking guests out for retail purchases, educating the guests on recommended products from the spa team and retail items in the Fitness Center.

Assist in monthly inventory projects.

Verify all account postings and balances.

Ensure guest accounts are accurate and credit information is up-to-date.

QUALIFICATIONS

One to two years' experience in Retail

Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
