Civana Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to check guests in, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between guests and other departments. The role requires strong customer service and proficiency with computer systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, and the ability to balance cash and process charges. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience.
• Prefer office or customer service experience.
• Must be able to balance accounts and perform basic financial tasks.
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform check-in procedures daily.
• Balance cash and run daily reports.
• Process guest charges and vouchers.
• Answer guest requests and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and credit information.
• Assist guests with scheduling spa appointments.
• Adhere to policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Cross-train in spa/front desk roles.
