Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Wellness Implementation & Enablement Consultant – Retirement Plan Solutions to lead the wellness strategy across the Retirement Plan Solutions business. You will collaborate with Product, Distribution, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations and external partners to launch, enable, adopt, and optimize wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in relationship management or implementation aligned with responsibilities.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed discussions/presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior management and internal constituents.
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and launch of new wellness solutions, ensuring operational readiness and go-live.
• Partner with Product, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and external vendors to develop scalable models.
• Create and execute enablement strategies, training programs, and sales support materials for wellness offerings.
• Own adoption and utilization performance, establishing metrics and monitoring engagement trends across the wellness portfolio.
• Analyze performance data to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for increased engagement.
• Evolve customer communications, onboarding experiences, and touchpoints to improve utilization.
• Lead post-launch optimization efforts translating feedback into enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors for ongoing program performance.
