Job summary

Lincoln Financial in Radnor, PA is seeking a Wellness Implementation & Enablement Consultant - Retirement Plan Solutions to lead wellness program launches and enablement across Product, Distribution, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations and external partners.

You will drive adoption, measure usage, refine communications, and build scalable programs that reduce friction and improve outcomes, with hybrid work 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years experience in relationship management or implementation.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and launch of new wellness solutions, ensuring operational readiness and go-live execution.
• Partner with Product, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and external vendors to develop scalable implementation and support models.
• Create and execute enablement strategies, training programs, and sales support materials.
• Own adoption and utilization performance, establishing metrics and monitoring engagement trends.
• Analyze data to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for increased engagement.
• Evolve customer communications, onboarding experiences, and touchpoints to improve utilization.
• Lead post-launch optimization, translating feedback into enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and vendors for ongoing performance.
