Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the Store Manager role in our tanning and wellness salons. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others
• Basic computer and POS skills

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a great salon side by side with the Store Manager
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people
• Set goals, track performance, and follow up on training
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain salon cleanliness and health standards
• Plan local promotions to grow store sales
• Handle cash, deposits, and PCI security training
