Massage Envy Shelton is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the team, drive memberships and retail sales, and ensure an exceptional member experience at our Shelton, CT location. You will collaborate with regional leadership to Crush sales goals, coach Wellness Consultants, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has management and sales experience in a personal service setting, with a focus on building a positive workplace culture and delivering results.

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws.
