Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat – Friendswood is seeking a Wellness Consultant Sales Lead with a passion for sales, social media, and guest experiences. You will inspire and coach a team of Wellness Consultants, grow memberships and gift card sales, and enhance the local brand through engaging social media content.

You will lead creative wellness journeys, monitor goals, and collaborate with retreat leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

1+ year of leadership experience.
Love sales, coaching, and achieving goals.
Creative and comfortable with social media posting.
Positive energy and a team-first attitude.
Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Can work flexible shifts including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire: Coach Wellness Consultants, motivate the team, and drive accountability.
Drive Revenue: Grow memberships, gift card sales, retail, enhancements, and rebooking.
Get Social: Create engaging social media content, promote offers, and increase local brand awareness.
Create CloudNINE Experiences: Build genuine guest connections and guide wellness journeys.
Own the Results: Monitor sales goals, celebrate wins, and help the team improve.
Support Operations: Partner with Retreat leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly.
