Job summary

Massage Envy Mill Creek is hiring a front-desk sales associate to deliver outstanding guest service and promote Total Body Care. You’ll greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and help build a loyal client base through friendly outreach.

Requires a high school diploma and retail or sales experience preferred; must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays. Training is provided, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and discounts on services and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and handle multiple guests and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
