Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Wellness Consultant to join our team. You will drive sales, assist clients in selecting services and products, and provide exceptional customer care to help clients feel their best.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling, meeting sales goals, and maintaining records. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and thrive in a fast-paced wellness environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the wellness space preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
• Recommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
