Massage Envy in the United States is seeking a Wellness Consultant / Front Desk Sales Associate to help clients feel their best. You’ll start conversations, make confident recommendations, and invite memberships, skincare, and services in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.

This role emphasizes listening, goal setting, and teamwork; you’ll balance check-ins, scheduling, outbound outreach, and follow-ups while working evenings and weekends to support the studio’s busy hours and growth.

Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing approach and the confidence to start conversations.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to explain the value of what you recommend.
• Motivation to meet goals and comfort asking for the sale.
• A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and try new approaches.
• Organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn scheduling software.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred; two years is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients from check-in to checkout and make them feel welcomed.
• Turn conversations into recommendations for memberships, massage, skincare, stretch, and homecare products.
• Build excitement, address questions, and invite clients to take the next step.
• Own your sales goals with individual and team targets and coaching.
• Book appointments, encourage return visits, and manage outreach via calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up to keep clients engaged.
• Grow with your team through training and collaboration.
