Massage Envy is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Associate to help grow our wellness community by connecting guests with services and products that support their health and self-care journey. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will promote memberships, educate guests on benefits, drive gift card sales, and build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests while delivering an exceptional guest experience from

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to confidently recommend memberships, services, and products.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Massage Envy memberships.
• Educate guests on benefits of massage, stretch, and skincare services.
• Drive gift card sales and seasonal promotions.
• Recommend and sell professional retail products for at-home wellness.
• Rebook guests for future appointments to encourage consistent routines.
• Build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Follow up with prospective members and leads.
• Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records.
• Help achieve individual and clinic sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
