SweatHouz in Sherman Oaks is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience, promote memberships and retail products, and drive conversions while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will support guest enrollment, member retention, and community-building aligned with the SWTHZ mission. Must have 1+ years in sales, a high school diploma, CPR certification, and mobility to travel to the studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Executes relationship-based sales to promote memberships and services.
• Tours the studio and explains facilities and offerings to match guest needs.
• Clearly communicates membership options and enrollment processes.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and supports retention.
• Onboards new members and aids in ongoing member retention activities.
