Job summary

SweatHouz is expanding rapidly and hiring a part-time Sales Associate to drive memberships and retail offerings at our locations. You will engage guests, promote studio memberships, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience that aligns with SweatHouz's mission.

Responsibilities include promoting memberships, greeting guests, coordinating with the studio manager on targets, guiding guests to suites, and maintaining clean, welcoming suites between sessions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and packages to guests.
• Greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience.
• Work with the studio manager to achieve sales targets.
• Escort guests to suites and support their session.
• Clean and prepare suites between sessions.
• Record guest notes in Prospr.
