The Vitamin Shoppe in Allen Park, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership, manage duties in the absence of the Store Manager, and help drive daily sales and customer satisfaction. You will engage customers with product knowledge, process transactions, merchandise shelves, and collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create a positive, personalized shopping experience.

It is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work part-time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for your Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and create positively memorable shopping experiences.
• Work with integrity and step in as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions and merchandise shelves, pricing products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team to deliver great service.
• Maintain store upkeep and follow loss prevention standards.
