Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Interest in health and wellness is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections.
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, price products.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention standards, ensure timely processing of product receipts, keep shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
